I purchased a DVD but am unable to access the printable PDF. What should I do?

To access the PDF book, insert the disk into your computer and click on “My Computer” then right-click on the DVD icon to open the DVD folder and click “Explore” to view files. You will see two folders and the PDF icon. You can then view, print or copy the PDF to your desktop. (Mac OS) Double click on the DVD icon view or copy the PDF.

Can I buy your products at my local music store?

Many of our products, such as the instructional DVDs displayed on the Guitar Axis “Home” page, are available in local music stores such as Guitar Center. If your favorite store does not have it in stock, they can certainly get it from our distributors: Warner Bros./ Alfred or Hal Leonard.

What is the difference between a “digital” product and a “physical” product?

A “digital” product is available online and you can place your order anytime, day or night, and download it immediately. A “physical” product is available at your local music store or it can be shipped to you via our distributor, Amazon. Please note that some of our products are only available in the “physical” form, others only available in the “digital” form, and some are available in either form.

Can I buy your products directly from Guitar Axis?

Yes, and you can feel safe and secure in placing your order because orders for “physical” products are processed through Amazon and orders for “digital” products are processed through Clickbank, the world’s largest vendor of digital products.
